Hiddink Rebuilding Team and Planning to Raid PSG – THREE NEW PLAYERS Coming From PSG This Winter Before UCL Last 16 Clashes

Chelsea are planning to go big in the January transfer window. If the reports from Buzzsport are to be believed, the Blues are planning to raid Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain for three of their players.

According to the report, Premier League champions are interested in PSG trio Marco Veratti, Edinson Cavani and Gregory van der Wiel. These players will be Chelsea’s primary targets next month as manager Guus Hiddink looks to rebuild his squad.

A number of Chelsea players have underperformed this season that led to the sacking of Jose Mourinho. Hiddink is aware of the shortcomings of some of his players, and he intends to fix them when the transfer window opens.

Veratti is expected to replace underperforming Cesc Fabregas in the starting eleven while van der Wiel will act as an additional option for the right back position, following the unexpected drop in the form of Branislav Ivanovic.

Chelsea are in the market for a goalscorer to provide competition for Diego Costa, and Cavani would perfectly fit the role.

Both teams will play each other in the next round of Champions League.
