“I Want To Play For Chelsea Next Season” Claims Former AC Milan Star

Chelsea have not had the best season so far and have suffered greatly but to worsen matters, they appear to be the team with the highest players on loan in the English Premier League and fans are starting to wonder if the team’s policies are good enough.

Sadly, some of the on-loan players are not even ready to make the return to the Stamford Bridge but one of the Blues on-loan midfielder to Stoke City Marko Van Ginkel is however setting his sight on returning to Chelsea next season and getting a place in the midfield according to reports.

The 22-year-old Dutch playmaker joined Chelsea from Vitesse in the summer transfer window of 2013 in an £8 million deal but was loaned to AC Milan before he was sent on loan to Stoke City in the last summer transfer window. Van Ginkel was part of the deal that saw Asmir Begovic switch to the Stamford Bridge in the summer and he has been a regular part of the Potters team but still wants to return to Chelsea as a first team player.

He told Chelsea TV that: “That’s why I came to Stoke. Sometimes we play really good, we have a solid defence. And up front we have decent players who can create something out of nothing and they have the quality to do well. And we are doing well. My aims for the season? To be important for Stoke, to play a lot of games and to be prepared to return to Chelsea next season.”

It will be sensible for Chelsea to recall players like this even before the season ends as they currently need midfielders who as committed as him.
