Injury Boost: Two Key Midfielders Back & Ready for Saturday’s FA Cup Clash

Arsenal prepare to continue their bid for a third consecutive FA Cup, as they face Burnley in the fourth round of FA Cup. They have received a massive injury boost, as Francis Coquelin is back in training and ready to be a part of the team in the upcoming Saturday’s clash.

Coquelin was out since November after suffering a knee injury in the Premier League clash against West Brom. He was not expected to return until mid-February, but it seems, he is ready to make an early return.

According to Sky Sports, Wenger has disclosed that Francis would be ready to play against Burnley and Tomas Rosicky is also available to make his first appearance of the season.

Francis is available to play now because he has passed two weeks of full training. Tomas is also available for selection,’ Wenger told Arsenal’s official website.

Midfielders, Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla are still recovering but striker, Danny Welbeck who has been absent since April 2015, is finally close to making a return for the Gunners.

Arsenal have lost their lead in the Premier League after failing to win their last three fixtures. They are now third in the league, three points behind leaders, Leicester City. Gunners will host Southampton in the next Premier League to be held on Tuesday.
