Jorge Mendes Sorting Deal, Manchester United Offers Player £200,000-A-Week

According to reports, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea is frustrated with the situation of things surrounding his future at Manchester United and has reportedly called on ‘super-agent’ Jorges Mendes to sort out his move to Real Madrid.

Louis Van Gaal’s role as a stumbling block to his proposed move to Real Madrid has led to the breakdown of relationship between the manager and the player, with De Gea’s relationship with the goalkeeping coach also reportedly bad. This is coming weeks after reports claim the player was offered a £200,000 a week contract by Manchester United which he rejected.

It is understood that Louis Van Gaal’s comments after United’s match against Newcastle claiming that De Gea is not going anywhere has done nothing but  further strain the relationship between the two, with De Gea desperate to leave United now more than ever. The 24 year old is reportedly starting to lose the backing of Manchester United and is yet to feature for Manchester United this season, despite playing during Manchester United’s pre-season tour.

The decision by Louis Van Gaal to not use David De Gea in any United match thus far will lead many to believe that a move away from the club is on the cards. However, Argentine Sergio Romero who replaced De Gea in the team has been very impressive in goal for Manchester United thus far conceding just one goal in five matches while also keeping three consecutive clean sheets for Manchester United in the Premier League.

With just few days till the transfer window closes, De Gea has reportedly entailed the services of Jorge Mendes to help him sort out his transfer to Real Madrid quickly. The 24 year old has been given hope in light of his proposed move to Real Madrid and can only wait for the outcome of this long-dragged transfer saga.
