Chelsea to sack Falcao Hazard

Jose Mourinho To Sack Six Chelsea Players In January

A Chelsea source has revealed that Roman Abramovich and Jose Mourinho had reached an agreement to let go of under-performers in the January transfer window.

Despite speculation about a Mourinho sack Abramovich seems to have kept faith with the Portuguese manager despite media claims of a new manager coming in.

The Portuguese has been widely supported by the Chelsea fans. Top senior players like Captain John Terry, have leapt to the defense of the manager after seeing the side drop down to 16th position.

Mourinho is set to axe some players in the January transfer window in order to bring in fresh legs in a bid to turn things around at Stamford Bridge.

Although no specific name has been mentioned but it is believed that summer signing Papy Djolobodji, Radamel Falcao, John Obi Mikel and Eden Hazard are considered as the main weak links in the squad.

Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard is apparently listed as surplus to requirements, but with his poor performance so far this season, he might be on his way out of Chelsea in the next transfer window. Chelsea might consider bringing in Antoine Griezmann of Atletico Madrid as a potential replacement.

A defender is also a priority for Mourinho in January as he is expected to make return bids for John Stones and Marquinhos.

A central midfielder in the mould of Paul Pogba and another striker to fill the vacant position if Falcao eventually makes his Chelsea exit.
