Christian Tello Moving to Liverpool

Klopp Finds A Perfect Replacement Of Raheem Sterling And Set To Finalize The Move In January

Reports making the rounds in the Portuguese press claims Liverpool are in the want of Barcelona on-loan winger Cristian Tello, who is keen on permanently moving away from Camp Nou.

Tello is in his second loan spell at Porto after falling down the offensive selection pecking order of Luiz Enrique. He plays in similar role as Lionel Messi, Neymar and even Pedro before he was loaned and so he was a fringe player at Barcelona, as per A Bola.

However, he has drawn interest from several English clubs including Everton but Liverpool can attract the player more with the presence of Jurgen Klopp. And it is believed that Tello will offer similar offensive steel that Sterling offered while with the Reds.

It is highly unlikely that the 24-year-old Catalonian will move back to Camp Nou at the end of this season. His most probable destination is with Liverpool.

Liverpool’s attack is currently bedevilled with injuries and there is an absolutely need for attacking reinforcement in the mould Tello at Anfield. Liverpool have only scored 12 goals this season which speaks volume of their attack.

Meanwhile, after thumping Chelsea over last weekend, Liverpool moved to eight position on the Premier League log but are eight points adrift of League leaders Manchester City.
