Raheem Sterling was unarguably one of the best players at Liverpool when he was there and till today remains one of the brightest wingers in England and in Manchester City with his creative and beautiful style of play.
However, his move from Liverpool to Manchester was fraught with a lot of trickery and hanky-panky and Liverpool fans have not forgotten it or forgiven him for it but are still praying that they would one day find a player like him and it looks like their prayers have been answered as according to the latest reports from Portugal, Liverpool are in talks with Barcelona forward Cristian Tello, who is presently on loan at Porto from Barcelona but is reportedly ready to leave the Nou Camp on a permanent basis.
The 24-year-old has been frustrated at trying to break through at Barcelona, a club that boasts of the best strikers in the world at the moment and both Liverpool and Everton are among the clubs on alert for the player.
Tello seems likely to agree to a move at the end of the season when his loan finishes and a Premier League move could be interesting.
Liverpool have looked lacking in their attack this season and have only scored 12 league goals so far this term, and recently drew five games in a row.
Liverpool fans will hope this move is perfected as the player will obviously prefer a move to Liverpool than to Everton.
