Liverpool have been linked with two Real Madrid players this summer in the form of Denis Cheryshev and Asier Illarramendi. However, latest reports have emerged that Liverpool want world class Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos.
The German International left Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich to join Madrid last summer and had a brilliant first season. The reports suggest Liverpool are ready to sign the £35 million pounds rated midfielder after reports claims he is unhappy at the club. The Reds are not yet finished with their summer spending despite a host of arrivals, and have been linked with a number of midfielder recently. And the Daily Express says Madrid’s Germany International star Kroos has emerged as a key target.
Fair to say that signing Kroos is easier said than done and it is perplexing if Madrid let him depart the club. Moreover, the rumours are there and if he does join the Merseysiders, Brendan Rogers the Liverpool manager will have a brilliant midfield line up to chose from.
Kroos can play as a deep lying playmaker, a creative central midfielder and also as an attacking midfielder which thus makes him world class. Liverpool will have a strong midfield if they are able to sign him.
