Liverpool striker still dreams of Real Madrid… not Arsenal

PSG and Uruguay striker, Edinson Cavani, has spoken out about his compatriot, Liverpool striker Luis Suárez, and his desire to join Real Madrid.

During the summer, Suarez repeatedly spoke to the press about his desperation to leave Liverpool in favour for a move to Spain, but the club refused to sell him.

“Real Madrid is the club of his dreams and he thinks it worth waiting,” Cavani said. “Arsenal was not his desired team. Real Madrid would have been different, but they had a different objective. It’s no surprise that Luis is back playing and is scoring goals for Liverpool. It’s the most complete team in the Premier League and one of the best in the world.”
