Liverpool To Complete Deal For Former Chelsea Star Within 48 Hours

Italian forward, Fabio Borini is reportedly closing on a move back to the Seria A, with Inter Milan set to complete the signing of the Italian in the next 48 hours. According to Sports Mindset, the Italian is expected to arrive at Milan on Wednesday ahead of a proposed move to the club. Lazio and Sunderland were also reported to be interested in Borini but due to Liverpool’s desperation to offload the striker before the transfer window closes, they opted to sell him to Inter Milan rather than a loan spell.

Fabio Borini had earlier gone on a loan spell to Sunderland in the 2013/2014 season, becoming a fan favourite at the club and was expected to join the club on a permanent basis , but the 24 year old opted to fight for his place at Liverpool.

A decision which he might regret after failing to make a significant contribution to the club last season. The 24 year old has failed to live up to expectations at Liverpool and will be hoping to get his career back on track at Inter Milan. Meanwhile Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers will be delighted that he has finally succeeded in offloading Fabio Borini.

The Liverpool manager will be hoping to also do same to out of favour Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli. The Reds have had a perfect start to the season and will be hoping to keep such momentum as they try to fight their way back to the top 4.
