Major Alert: Ibrahimovic Moving to England this Summer, Mourinho to Beat Chelsea and Arsenal in the Transfer Race

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, despite his age, remains one of the world’s most feared striker. He is currently in the final year of his contract with the Ligue 1 club and is expected to leave in the summer.

Premier League clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have been touted as next destinations for the Swedish international.

The 34-year-old’s recent comments have given encouragement to the Premier League clubs in their pursuit of the star.

Following the 2-1 Champions League win over Chelsea, he said: “I have another three months here and then what will happen? Big things will happen. Let’s see what happens.”

When he was asked whether the Premier League is an attractive option, he added: “Let’s just say I am in shape.”

The Swedish international is expected to join David Beckham’s Major League Soccer franchise in 2018. However, that leaves him with a year to ply his trade somewhere else.

It is widely expected that if Jose Mourinho takes charge of Man Utd in the summer, he will attempt to bring Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford. Mourinho has previously managed the striker at Inter Milan and shares a good relationship with him.

Prior to the game with Chelsea, Ibrahimovic had said: “I think everybody will miss Mourinho in the game. But I believe he will be back soon in football, and you will soon see him managing another club.”
He has also been linked with a return to Serie A.
