Man Utd plan sensational £30m swap deal that will ruin Liverpool’s transfer plans

Manchester United have shown the intention of signing Saido Mane for £30m from Southampton. Memphis Depay may have to be sacrificed for the Senegalese to join the Red Devils.

If you watched Southampton’s game versus Manchester City on Sunday and Liverpool on March 20, then you agree with me that Mane deserves a better team. He needs to compete at a higher level in order to reach his full potential.

The talisman bagged a hat trick as the Saints comfortably beat Manchester City 4-1 at the St. Mary’s Stadium. Earlier this year, on March 20, Mane scored two goals to help the Saints come from two goals down to beat Liverpool 3-2. Overall, Sadio Mane has scored 14 goals in all competitions this season, a performance that has Manchester united and other top clubs.

Mane will be good for Manchester united, but they will need to let Memphis Depay go to Saint Mary’s stadium for the 24-year old to be signed.

The Dutchman has failed to impress at Old Trafford, even after getting the iconic no. 7 Manchester United Jersey which has been worn previously by Manchester United legends like David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Though Depay held talks concerning his future at Old Trafford with Louis Van Gaal, it is rumored that United are willing to let the winger leave after one season at the club.
Liverpool and PSG have shown interest in the 22-year old, but they may be unlucky if he unites with his long-time admirer Ronald Koeman at the Saint Mary’s stadium in the summer in exchange for Saido Mane.
