Man Utd to announce signing of new Cristiano Ronaldo, deal will break club record

Manchester United have been closely monitoring Renato Sanches in recent months. Reports suggest that the Red Devils have been pleased with what the 18-year-old Portuguese star and could finalise deal to bring him to Old Trafford.

United will hope that praise of the midfielder being the upcoming Portuguese wonder kid  since Cristiano Ronaldo will result in extraordinary performances from the 18-year-old.

Benfica’s president Luis Filipe Vieira has apparently been in Manchester to meet with United’s representatives in recent weeks amid finalising a deal for the promising young star.

The Portuguese side have slapped a whopping £46 million price– tag on a player they regard as having potential to become one of football’s greatest. It appears United are looking to shake up their squad by paying big and fend of interest from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich who are said to be keen on the youngster as well.

Sanches recently broken into Benfica’s side as a regular starter and would look to emulate such performances for the Red Devils should the move materialise. The talented youngster appears equally as keen to join the Manchester United squad having recently followed the club on instagram. Let’s hope he can catch a few pictures of himself in United’s colours.

It appears a deal is imminent as the youngster is already picking out a squad number. Sanches currently wears the No.85 jersey for Benfica and would like to see himself it in gain at Old Trafford as it has been his personal brand.  It seems the number means a great deal to the youngster as his instagram name is RS85. Surely that won’t be a problem for United to grant Sanches his wish as the number is currently vacant.
Renato Sanches will have to deal with the pressure of playing for a club where expectations are high; especially for such a large transfer fee for an unproven player.

He certainly has the natural ability to succeed in the Premier league. He will also be hoping that fellow Portuguese man, Jose Mourinho whom is expected to take over for Louis Van Gaal will grant the star a chance to establish himself in the squad.
