The agent of Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo is making efforts to engineer a move from the Santiago Bernabeu for his client, as per Spanish media outlet Sport.

Ronaldo, a Manchester United target, spent six years between 2003 and 2009 at the Old Trafford outfit before leaving for Real, while Paris Saint-Germain also remain interested in the Portuguese whizz.

The Portugal international has hit top form for Los Blancos this term, scoring a famous five goal in the 6-0 defeat of Espanyol in a La Liga match earlier this month and the player could now be moving from the Spanish capital in the next transfer window. Ronaldo is still under contract at Real until 2018 and appears settled at the club, however, a move away from the Bernabeu has been a running theme for the former Red Devil.

As per the above named source, super agent Jorge Mendes is plotting a sensational move to get Ronaldo a new club.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo remains contented with life at Real, for now. The Best Footballer in the World will now be looking to increase his goal tally against Malaga on Sunday. Rafa Benitez’s side have been fantastic this season, staying on top of the league table and, they will be hoping to clinch all maximum points against a struggling Malaga side.

Real toiled to victory against Athletic Bilbao during the midweek, as a brace from Karim Benzema helped the La Liga giants to victory.
