Manchester United CLEARED To Sign Mario Gotze As Bayern Close To Replacement
Manchester United may be finally getting one of their main targets this summer after news emerged that Bayern Munich are close to signing high rated Juventus forward Kingsley Coman. According to various reports, Bayern Munich are just days away from completing the transfer of the Frenchman.
Gazzetta dello Sport and RTL France claim Bayern have bid between £18 to £20 million for the player and a deal is close to completion. Coman, 19, can play both as a striker and as an attacking midfielder.
Should this report be true, it will mean Manchester United can then sign Mario Gotze who have been linked to the red devils in the last few weeks. With Coman going to Bayern, Gotze’s playing chances can only reduce further will play perfectly into Manchester United’s hand.
Should Gotze join Manchester United, he will offer the red devils the much needed bite in attack as he can aside his primary attacking midfield role, play on the wings as well as as a lone striker or second striker.
The world cup winner is reportedly available for £30 million which should be a too big for Manchester United to pay.
