Manchester United On The VERGE Of Signing £28.3m Rated Arsenal Target

Shocking reports coming from Italy says Lazio Midfielder Lucas Biglia, has agreed a four-year deal with the Red Devils.

It is however understood that the Seria A giants will only sell the player if his €40m (£28.3) valuation is met. United had offered €25m which is far below what Lazio have asked for.
