Manchester United On The VERGE Of Signing 32 Goals 10 Assists Liverpool Target

If a report by The Daily Telegraph is anything to go by, then, it is safe to assume that English outfit, Manchester United are keen to acquire the services of Sevilla and Colombia Hit-man, Carlos Bacca.

The Colombian although not as glamorous as any of Manchester United’s current first team striker and the departed Ramadel Falcao, has a good scoring record that will make any manager proud if it can be replicated in a team bigger than Sevilla. He scored 32 goals and created 10 assists for club and country in all competition last season- including the brace in the Europa league final.

However, the report goes on to indicate that United appear only to be testing waters, and would only sanction a deal if their first-choice targets are not gotten. It is believed that United coach, Louis van Gaal, is desperate to bolster his squad ahead of the new season, particularly in the attacking and defence compartments, due to the seeming attacking deficiencies manifested in the growing instability of Robin van Persie and the club’s obvious reluctance to keep loanee Radamel Falcao, so as to ease the burden on the tireless Wayne Rooney.

However, the red devils would have to fend off interest from fellow English clubs Newcastle United, Swansea City, Tottenham Hotspur; before a deal can be finalised.
