Manchester United Set To COMPLETE Transfer Of 5ft 9″ Attacker, LVG Sanctions Deal

Manchester United have been very active in this summer transfer window in terms of incoming and also outgoing transfers. Manchester United Manager Louis Van Gaal’s squad re-building process seems to be going on well with some quality additions so far to team but however the process is not complete without clearing out some players.

Players like Nani , Van Persie , Rafael and possibly Di Maria have all made their exits and Jesse Lingard is the next player expected to follow suit. The 22 year old is reported to have been cleared by Louis Van Gaal for a sale to Bristol City for £2.5 million pounds. Many would be surprised by this news due to the fact that the youngster impressed for United during the pre-season but it is believed that the move to Bristol City is as a result of Pedro Rodriguez imminent arrival.

The 22 year old progressed through Manchester United’s youth academy and was part of the side that won the 2010/11 FA Youth Cup, before signing a professional contract in the summer of 2011. Unfortunately he had to wait till 2014 before he made his competitive debut for the club in the first match of the 2014/15 Premier League season at home to Swansea City where he started the match but was substituted due to injury after 24 minutes.

After his return from injury Lingard was consequently loaned out to Derby County for the rest of the season. With personal terms soon to be agreed, a move for Jesse Lingard is expected to be wrapped up soon. The 22 year old will be hoping this move to Bristol City will greatly benefit his career.
