Although, the 20-year old defensive midfield star has been strongly linked with a move to the Gunners in the last two transfer windows, with Arsene Wenger believed to be a big fan but these transfer moves did not materialize and according to the latest transfer news, Manchester United have already prepared suitable bid for the Barcelona youngster as Samper has impressed Red Devils scouts during Barca’s Copa Del Rey draw with Villanovense.
Samper however has a buy-out clause that has been set at £8.5 million and it is believed that Louis Van Gaal is ready to meet this release clause and offer the player a mouth-watering contract that he will not be able to resist.
