Manchester United To ANNOUNCE Major Transfer Tomorrow – Not Schweinsteiger

Determined not to push on with his playing career, Manchester United striker, Robin Van Persie is finally set to leave the former English champions, according to reports. The player has been declared as being surplus to requirement at Old Trafford, and has therefore been listed for transfer by Louis van Gaal, who is set to continue in his rebuilding efforts this transfer window.

Confirming the player’s departure to Turkish club, Fenerbahce, Sky Sports reports that the 31-year old Dutch international is set to be unveiled in his new club on Sunday.

The tweet further suggests that the 31-year old former PFA player of the year is finally set to leave English football, after playing for two of England’s most decorated clubs, winning an FA Cup title with Arsenal, an EPL title with the Red Devils.

Van Persie’s departure also means the club is set to replace him with a new striker, though no official confirmation to that effect has been made yet by the club. However, it is obvious that the club needs another striker, after passing on the chance to make the loan move of Radamel Falcao permanent, and now allowing Van Persie to leave.

The deal is now set to be officially confirmed as the former Arsenal captain begins the process of rebuilding his career as he looks forward to helping his new team to the title next season.
