Medical DONE, Chelsea Completes Yet Another Deal As £17m Deal Is Done

Out of favour Chelsea winger, Juan Cuadrado officially a Juventus player after an agreement between Chelsea and Juventus over the Colombian is reached. The 27 year old was recently spotted at the Heathrow airport ahead of a potential season long loan move to Italian side Juventus.

After much debate on which attacking player was going to be axed from the team due to the arrival of Spanish International Pedro Rodriguez, it is now certain that the Colombian is definitely going to be one sacrificed to maintain squad balance and harmony. The 27 year old will be looking to get his career back on track at Juventus, after failing to live up to expectations at Chelsea.

Juan Cuadrado was signed from Fiorentina for a fee of £24 million pounds as a replacement for German forward Andre Schurrle who currently plays for Wolfsburg, with Mohammed Salah going the other way on loan. Juan Cuadrado has surely done enough in his short stint at Chelsea to add his name to the list of Chelsea’s transfer flops alongside Fernando Torres and Andriy Shevchenko.

Juventus will be hoping to get the best out of Juan Cuadrado, who excelled in the Serie A during his stay with Fiorentina. Nevertheless Jose Mourinho’s decision to let Juan Cuadrado join Juventus could be seen as a ‘chess-esque move’ to land Paul Pogba.
