Turkish giants Galatasaray are interested in Chelsea skipper John Terry and are ready to offer a deal to the 35-year old.
According to Turkish newspaper Aksam, Galatasaray are set to offer a 1.5-year deal to the former England international. Terry has only six months left on his current deal with Chelsea, and it is not confirmed whether the club will be willing to offer a new contract to the player.
He has struggled to find his form for the Blues this season, but according to the report, the Lions will be willing to match his current wages to lure him to Turkey. Chelsea fans can’t believe the news on Twitter:
Terry celebrated 35th birthday last week:
The prospect of playing potential Champions League football with the Turkish club will also play an important role in Terry’s final decision about the offer.
