Various reports emanating from the Spanish and British media outlet are claiming that Chelsea’s Radamel Falcao will be heading to Barcelona when the transfer window re-opens in January.
Falcao was acquired from Monaco on loan after an unimpressive loan-spell with Manchester United. He’s been reportedly unhappy as Costa is preferred over him and it is understood that he will seek first team football.
Falcao has been in the radar of Turkish giant Besiktas but the reports have surfaced that Barcelona might be his next destination.
Barcelona were handed a transfer ban following some shady deals in buy playing below 18-years. However, they ban will be lifted in January and they will be looking to bolster their squad after failing to do so in the summer.
Falcoa scarcely features for Chelsea. He’s featured seven times in the League for them this season, scoring one with most of his appearances coming from the bench.
Should he leave Chelsea to any other club, Chelsea will have to terminate his contract with his parent club Monaco.
