Jurgen Klopp

Everyone is talking about Liverpool. Hardly a day goes without hearing reports of possible transfers, takeovers and done deals. The latest rumors report that Chidera Ejike and Jacob Njoku from Nigeria will fly into Anfield for trials as the Merseysiders plan to sign the duo this summer.

Jacob Njoku and Chidera Ejike are only 18 years, and with their agent confirming that a move to Liverpool is imminent, the two teenagers will be looking forward to signing permanent deals that will keep them at Anfield into the foreseeable future.

The two have been training and are fit for the trials, as their agent, Babawo Mohammed confirms. Liverpool are keen to build a team of young players who will have a long time to contest for titles.

Arrival of the two young players will just be the beginning of several changes that are expected to be made at Liverpool. There are all indications that a major overhaul is set to take place, and Jacob and Chidera will hopefully be part of the free-attacking football that Klopp plans for at Anfield. They are expected in Liverpool this weekend. They have been waiting for their visas and are finally ready to move to England.

The trials will take approximately two weeks, and with the pair’s agent confirming that the players are fit, they are expected to give their best during the trials. Nigeria soccer is highly respected all over the world, and that is why Jacob Njoku and Chidera Ejike are not likely to disappoint.
