Real Madrid top target Eden Hazard confirms he will stay at Chelsea

It has been a difficult year for Eden Hazard, no doubt. At some point last year, he was one of the most sought-after talents in football but injuries and general poor form of the team has left the Belgian frustrated and unable to regain his form. Nonetheless, he is happy at Chelsea, and he is there to stay, at least for now.

The 25-year old Chelsea midfielder scored the goal that started Leicester City’s party on May 2 as the foxes clinched the title with two games to spare and this goal may have changed his attitude. He now says he would like to help the Blues reclaim the BPL title next season.

There will be European football for the Blues next season in the recent past, it was suspected that Hazard would leave the Stamford Bridge to join either PSG or Real Madrid. However, after scoring three goals in two games, the former Player of the year is ready to fight for Chelsea. His comments after the 2-2 draw with Tottenham ended the speculation that he is on his way out.

In his interview after the match at the Stamford Bridge, Hazard lamented his hard times and poor performance for Chelsea.
He praised Leicester on their title triumph, saying the team send a message to the whole football world, that even smaller teams can content for titles and win them. He hopes it will be Chelsea next season.
