Even after signing Anthony Martial, the Red Devils will go back to the transfer market in a bid to bolster their attacking line and it is reported that United are interested in signing Newcastle United youngster Ayoze Perez.
The former Tenerif forward was sensational in his first three games for Newcastle United where he scored three goals and helped lifted the season for the club in their Premier League campaign.
Manchester United had a cluster of quality forwards in the moulds of Radamel Falcao, Angel Di Maria and Robin Van Persie but the aforementioned trio were sold and have not been adequately replaced.
Bar Anthony Martial, Van Gaal didn’t add any attacking player. Despite having a slow start at the advent of the Premier League, Manchester United have picked up and are currently sitting in third position of the Premier League log with 15 goals to their credit.
Should sign the 22-year-old Spaniard, there is no telling if he will make the first team but will provide good options up front for Van Gaal and bolster their otherwise strong attack.
Meanwhile Manchester United thumped Everton today at Goodison Park and they will be hoping to maintain their new found momentum.
