Roman Abramovich To Sanction Mega £37.5m Deal

Chelsea may have to stick with current manager Jose Mourinho for a longer while and be okay with whatever he does as they cannot sack him at the moment without having to pay him off with a huge fee of £37.5 million which will immediately become the highest world record fee ever to sack a club manager.

Mourinho was assured of the security of his job this week when the club released a statement via the club official website to back him up and the team despite their terrible run of form at the moment which leaves them 16th on the English Premiership table despite the fact that they are the current holders of the Premiership title.

Mourinho was assured by the club that he will not be sacked if he tries to remain in the top four in the English Premiership but with the terrible streak of bad performances the team seems to be incapable of stopping, this might have to change.

However, fans of the club have now realized that the real reason Mourinho cannot be sacked instantly is the fact that he only signed a new contract in the summer and the club might have to pay him off with that huge fee if they need him to leave.

This will definitely not sit well with club owner, Roman Abramovic who has had to cough out £12 million to pay off Felipe Scolari and another £6 million for Carlo Ancelotti at the end of his tenure.

The club owner might therefore have to stick with Mourinho for another two to three seasons or decide to go on a spending spree if things do not change for the better at Stamford Bridge soon enough.
