Jerome Boateng to Manchester City

Jerome Boateng has been linked with a transfer to Pep Guardiola’s side Manchester City, the manager who really helped him to establish himself on the world stage during his time at Bayern Munich overcoming his injury problems that had left his career stalled prior to his move to the Bavarian side. Boateng arrived at Bayern Munich from Manchester City when no one really knew the player that he would become as he has now established himself up there with the very best defenders in the industry. A move back to the blue half of Manchester could be a good move for German international as Pep looks to build on his first ever season without a trophy in his career in his debut year at the club. It will allow him to reunite with a world class manager that helped to bring out the best in his ability adapting especially well to the way that Guardiola likes to play, something that the rest of the Manchester City defence has struggled with last season and that was their downfall.

Alexis Sanchez to Bayern Munich

A transfer saga that seems to have gone on for months now following Alexis Sanchez’s unhappiness at Arsenal, maybe even falling out with Arsene Wenger who has recently signed a new 2 year deal at Arsenal to keep him there until the summer of 2019. Bayern Munich are not the only clubs supposedly interested in Alexis Sanchez but they are the favourites to claim his signature if a move from the Gunners was to go ahead. The fee that’s being mentioned is around 55 million pounds which should easily be enough for Arsenal to find a high calibre replacement with such as Alexandre Lacazette who they’re interested in as well. The move would be beneficial to Sanchez as he has the potential to win many, many trophies and more than he’d probably win by staying at Arsenal with only 2 FA cups to celebrate since signing in 2014.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Tianjin Quanjian

Following the breakdown of the move of Anthony Modeste the attention of Tianjin Quanjian has been turned towards Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Borussia Dortmund. A fee of around 70 million euros is believed to be the transfer sum for Aubameyang who hasn’t ruled out a move away from the Signal Iduna Park this summer. I feel it would be a real shame to see a player of his ability leave the Bundesliga as he has been very consistent in the last 3 years for Dortmund especially with his 31 goals he scored this season as he won the top goal scorer award. It would also take someone really special to fill Aubameyang’s shoes if he were to depart the club but I’m sure with a transfer fee as big as this one they should have no issues with that!
