Mesut Ozil Critized By Bellamy

Spanish publication Don Balon has claimed that Real Madrid are interested in re-signing Arsenal star Mesut Ozil. The German playmaker spent three seasons with the La Liga giants before moving to the Gunners in a club-record deal in 2013.

According to the report, Real Madrid star James Rodriguez has fallen out with manager Rafa Benitez and the club are ready to let go of the Colombian, with Chelsea interested in his services.

Benitez has identified Ozil as a replacement for Rodriguez and will try to bring the World Cup winner once again to Santiago Bernabeu. Ozil is in remarkable form for the Gunners and has already notched up 13 assists in Premier League this season.

His current deal with the North London club runs until 2018, and the club is already in negotiations with the player over a new deal.
