Sporting Director Heading to London to Finalize Deal for £4m

Serie A club Napoli are attempting to sign Chelsea starlet Nathaniel Chalobah on a permanent deal.

The 21-year old has impressed the Serie A club during his loan spell with the club, and Italian source Gazzetta Dello Sport are claiming that Napoli wants to sign the youngster on a permanent deal.

The report also claims that Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will travel to London in next few days to try and finalize a deal for the England U-21 international.

Chalobah has made only two league appearances for the Naples club, who currently sit at the top of the Serie A table.

He has had successful loan spells with Watford, Burnley, Reading and Middlesbrough in the past.
