The Red Devils linked with Inter Milan defensive duo worth €26m

Daily Mirror claims that the 23-year old defender has caught United’s eye, and the Red Devils are considering a summer move for the player. The Colombia international has made 27 Serie A appearances for Roberto Mancini’s side this season and has scored two goals.

He has also earned 16 caps with his national team. United are currently in the market for defensive reinforcements, and Murillo could prove to be an astute signing in the summer transfer window.

Inter signed Murillo for a transfer fee of €8 million plus €2 million in bonuses from Spanish club Granada in 2015. He is currently valued at more than £15million by Inter.

Man Utd are also linked with another Inter Milan defender Joao Miranda. Italian publication Gianluca Di Marzio reports that United have identified the Brazilian defender as their primary transfer target.

The 31-year old is currently playing for Inter on a two-year loan deal from Atletico Madrid. Serie A club have an obligation to sign the player at €11 million following his loan spell. Some reports have even suggested that Inter are interested in doing a swap deal involving Miranda and United midfielder Juan Mata.
