We are not yet half way through the current transfer window, and teams are already neck dip in the market trying to beef up key weaknesses in their team. Chelsea have been busy in the market, with a couple of players close to either making their switch or negotiating personal terms. We bring you three transfers Chelsea could complete as the week rolls to a close.

Radamel Falcao To Chelsea

This transfer is only a matter of hours or probably a few days from being announced. Hopefully the former Atletico Madrid forward would complete his season-loan move to the Stanford Bridge to help the EPL champions in their bid to retain the league title they won last season.

Mohamed Salah To Fiorentina/Inter

This one transfer most Chelsea fans and pundits have been monitoring with keen interest. Despite having a successful loan spell in Fiorentina, it is unclear what Mourinho wants to do with Mohamed Salah. However, this has not stopped all kinds of speculations regarding interest being shown by clubs like Fiorentina and Inter Milan. Both clubs are interested in the services of the midfielder, who set the Serie A on fire in the last four months.

Peter Cech To Arsenal

Perhaps, it is safe to call this a done deal since due to the press hype surrounding it. The fact that Tomas Rosicky has also spoken about it makes it one of the transfers likely to happen this week. The Independent also joins several other media outfits to report this, even going further to add that the Blues are already looking at  a possible replacement in QPR’s Robert Green.
