Arsenal Legend Thierry Henry reckons that Jackson Martinez will prove to be an astute buy if his former club buy him. According to Goal.com, Thierry Henry who likened Giroud to Jackson Martinez believes that Jackson would be a good buy for the club. Quoting him “(Jackson Martinez) can be a good fit. But you already have the likes of Giroud who looks a bit like him as a striker in the way they play, with their back to the goal. He can be a good addition”.

Despite the Colombian already said to have signed a four year contract with AC Milan, there is a possibility that Arsenal might as well have secured his services.
