Willian To Leave Chelsea As Part Paul Pogba Deal As Abramovich Sanctions Record Breaking Move

After the arrival of Colombian Juan Cuadrado to Juventus, the Italian side are reported to be eyeing up a move for another Chelsea player in the form of Brazilian winger  Willian. The Italian champions are believed to have been casting an eye over the 27 year old for quite some time, with Juventus willing to step up their interest in the Brazilian.

The Italian side will be looking to capitalise on the arrival of Pedro Rodriguez to Chelsea as a way of luring the 27 year old to Turin, with Pedro Rodriguez expected to start ahead of Willian. With the departure of Vidal, Tevez and Pirlo, it is understood that Juventus manager Allegri is looking to change Juventus style of play into a more direct and pacey approach, hence the signing of Willian makes a lot of sense.

However Willian is regarded as one of Jose Mourinho’s favourite players due to his defensive contribution and work rate despite being an attacker. The Brazilian might not be granted a starting role with the arrival of Chelsea but he is expected to feature prominently in Jose Mourinho’s plans for the season.

Even though the winger’s offensive abilities still falls short and needs to be largely improved, Jose Mourinho is unlikely to sell the Brazilian. The only possible way Jose Morinho would sell Willian to Juventus will be to land Paul Pogba and nothing more.
