Chelsea striker Diego Costa has been consistently in the news this season. First he was linked with a move back to his old club Atletico Madrid, and now his name has been linked with French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Former Chelsea defender David Luiz has issued an appeal to the 27-year old striker to come and join him at the French club.
“Diego is one of the most clinical strikers in Europe, he would be a welcome addition to any team,” the PSG defender told The Daily Mirror.
“I think PSG have made their intent clear over the last three or four seasons, that we only add the best player. If Diego decides he has had enough of England and wants a new challenge, of course, he would be welcome here.”
Costa is currently said to be unhappy with his situation at Chelsea, and if Atletico Madrid fails to turn over their transfer ban, then PSG might turn out to be a quite possible destination for the Spain international.
