Manchester City have reportedly made an approach for Borussia Dortmund star midfielder Marco Reus. Manuel Pellegrini’s side have moved ahead as the front runner to sign the 25-year-old German attacking midfielder after officially sounding Dortmund their interest on the former Borussia Monchengladbach sensation.<\/p>\n
Marco Reus all through the summer has been linked to host of big clubs like Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Chelsea. Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has spoken of his admiration for the youngster and the player was reported to have turned down a deal from Manchester United in the summer but it is the Citizens who have made their interest officially known to the parent club with a bid expected in the coming transfer window.<\/p>\n
Reus is under contract with Dortmund until 2017 however, numerous sources believe that Reus will be available for just \u00a320 million next summer due to a clause in his contract.<\/p>\n
