Reports says that Manchester United is one of the most likely destinations for the player with Chelsea also one of the front runners. The Ligue 1 champions are set for a summer clear-out with some huge names leaving the French capital. Striker scored 21 goals in 47 matches this season.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Motta and Maxwell are all in their 30s and out of contract in the summer. And the Parisians are also likely to sell 29-year-old Cavani at the end of the season.
The report claim that teams from the English top flight have more conditions to suit the Uruguayan considering that they have more money to throw about.
