Liverpool Plan Shocking £60m Transfer Deal That Will Annoy Everton Fans

Liverpool are set shaping up to make a move for Everton’s midfield dynamo, Ross Barkley who has a £60m valuation. Manager Brendan Rodgers sees the England International as the heir apparent to the throne of club legend, Steven Gerrard who is expected to leave Liverpool at the end of the season for MLS Side, LA Galaxy and is keen to make the move for the player whom many see as a replica of legendary England Midfielder, Paul Gascoigne.

Barkley possesses the energy to power the Reds midfield in a manner not too dissimilar to the way the now-departing captain used to for over a decade. And with age on the side of the youngster, his future at the heart of the Reds midfield would be assured for many years.

The only potential stumbling block to the deal happening is the bitter rivalry between the two Merseyside neighbors as well as the fact that Barkley is held in high regard and along with Romelu Lukaku and John Stones are viewed as the future of Everton.

The player has also been linked to Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and other clubs in Europe such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Barca.

Should he join Liverpool, it will be the first team in recent years that a player is crossing from Everton To Liverpool.
