Liverpool Set To COMPLETE Signing Of £29m Rated Star, Will Annoy Louis Van Gaal

Roberto Firmino is on the verge of signing for Liverpool on a five year deal after it was reported that the Reds have agreed a fee of £25 million for his services with his current club Hoffenheim. The figure will rise to a total of £29 million with £4 million in add-ons.

Reds chief executive Ian Ayre, with an official delegate from the club , has reportedly flown to Chile , where Firmino is currently on international duty with Brazil in the Copa America, to discuss personal terms with the player. The deal is near and is set to be announced in the next few hours.

Firmino is an exciting player who can play all across the front three and can also slot in the attacking midfield role. He scored 10 goals for Hoffenheim last season and is widely tipped to be the replacement for Raheem Sterling, who is reportedly leaving Liverpool this summer for Manchester City.

Firmino is set to become Liverpool’s fifth signing in this transfer window after the club has already wrapped up deals for midfielder James Milner from Manchester City, striker Danny Ings from Burnley, goalkeeper Adam Bogdan from Bolton and defender Joe Gomez from Charlton.
