Benzema On A Plane To England, To Join Manchester United Or Arsenal?

Despite Louis Van Gaal’s recent comments that threw the media worldwide into a frenzy stating that Manchester United were not in for a striker, several pundits are still tipping Manchester United to sign a striker or two before the summer transfer window closes. Manchester United have been linked to the likes of Zlatan Ibrahomic, Lewandoski , Fernando Llorente but as things stands it seems Karim Benzema is hot on the radar of the Real Madrid player.

The 27 year old who is also being chased by Arsenal recently dropped a cryptic message on Instagram that he might be on his way out of Madrid. The French striker posted a picture of him in a private jet with a message saying ‘Let’s the past remain in the past’. All that is left is for the world is to see which team Benzema will be playing for next season, however Manchester United fans worldwide will be hoping the Frenchman ends up in Old Trafford next season.

After losing two strikers in this transfer window and the likes of Javier Hernandez and James Wilson still not on that Manchester United quality level, fans will desperately be hoping a quality striker such as Benzema is added to the club to bolster the squad’s attacking options.

As it stands Manchester United needs a quality striker and not just any striker to be precise, to attract any quality striker to United now will definitely be an uphill task and it will be extremely wise for United to pursue the ones available in the market. Benzema is one of the few quality strikers available in the market as of now and Louis Van Gaal should not have to think twice about breaking the bank for a player such as Benzema.
