Reliable Journalist – United To Pay €30m For Pedro, Personal Terms Agreed, Deal VERY Clos

Spanish journalist Giullem Balague, who is a regular pundit on sky sport, has told sky sports that personal terms  agreements between United and Pedro have been reached with Barcelona on the verge of agreeing a fee for the 28-year-old Spanish forward.

Pedro has been the prime target of the Red Devils following the acquisition and sale of some players. It was reported by Marca earlier today that Ed Woodward, United Vice chairman, travelled to Spain to see Barca’s match in the La Liga’s curtain-raiser, for the purpose of watching Pedro and holding talks with Barcelona for a possible move with the energetic and fast forward.

Yesterday, Pedro struggled to find his footing in their match as Barca were best 5-1 by their counterpart, Althletico Madrid.

The Spanish pundit has been adamant in his claim that talks are on going for the player:

“I’ve got the impression that Man United and the player have got a deal in place,” Balague told Sky sport.

He further said, “So it’s just for Man United to put the 30 million on the table. At the moment, it seems like, according to the leak from Barcelona that they are still negotiating how to pay that either in instalments or in variables.

“They [Man United] very, very close and I think they will be able to pay €30m as the buyout clause.”

Pedro has been unhappy at the Catalan club and he wants to play first team football against being on the bench behind Neymar.

The Red Devils sold Di Maria to PSG just after one season and they are keen on reinforcing their attacking line with the silky forward to complete their attacking trio of Depay, Rooney and Pedro.
