GIFS – Real Madrid vs Barcelona: Iniesta pass, Varane tackle, Busquets skills and Ozil control

Real Madrid faced Barcelona in the 1st leg of the Copa Del Rey Semi Finals at the Bernabeu last week.

The game was an interesting battle throughout with both sides wary of allowing the other get on top of the tie. After a goalless first half which saw a few missed chances from both sides, Barcelona took the lead 5 minutes into the second half. Lionel Messi was first to a poor clearance and poked the ball through to Cesc Fabregas to advance 1 on 1 with the keeper and coolly finish. Madrid pressed as they looked for a deserved equalizer which eventually came with less than 10 minutes to go. Raphael Varane headed home from a Mesut Ozil cross to leave the tie nicely poised as they head to the Nou Camp.

Whilst the 2 main men, Lionel Messi and Ronaldo were quiet, there was plenty of moments of class from the array of genius on disaply. Here are 5 GIF moments from the game
