Arsenal News – BID ACCEPTED For £65,000-A-Week Star, Arsenal To Announce Deal

According to reports from the Turkisk media, Arsenal have accepted a £4 million bid from Fenerbahçe for David Ospina. This will be a surprise if true as the Colombian only just last summer joined Arsenal for £3 million from French club Nice.

However, it could mean Arsenal are sure of signing Petr Cech ( we all know that don’t we? ) and have decided Szczesny will remain with the club instead of sending him on loan to Everton or Southampton according to initial reports.

Ospina displayed Szczesny from the first team last season after a run of poor form from the Poland international goalkeeper.

Should Ospina truly move to Fenerbahçe permanently it would mean Arsenal are likely not to send third choice goal keeper Damian Martinez on loan to the championship contrary to initial reports.
