Man Utd have joined fellow Premier League club Arsenal in the pursuit of Juventus striker Alvaro Morata. Italian source Tuttosport claims that the Red Devils are exploring the possibility of signing the former Real Madrid striker.

However, La Liga giants still remain favourites to sign the former striker. Los Blancos reportedly will be able to sign Morata at €30m in 2016 or €35m in 2017 due to clauses they inserted in his contract when selling to the Turin club.

But the club’s plans to bring back Morata to Santiago Bernabeu in future might fail to materialize if they fail to overturn the transfer ban imposed on them by FIFA.

The latest transfer ban on Real Madrid has made clubs like Man Utd and Arsenal sniffing an opportunity to sign the highly talented 23-year old.

For clubs apart from Real Madrid, Juventus have slapped a price tag of €80m on their player.

Recent reports have also claimed that the player is currently unhappy with his situation at the Serie A club and is looking for a move from the club. He has fallen behind Paulo Dybala in the pecking order at the club and has managed only eight starts in the ongoing Serie A season.
