Manchester United To Make AUDACIOUS £65m Bid For WORLD CLASS Star – Not Muller

Manchester United appear to have failed in their efforts to land German Talisman, Thomas Muller from Bayern Munich, and have now turned their attention towards Real Madrid and Wales winger, Gareth Bale. According to reports, the red devils are ready to pay as much as £65 million for the Welshman.

According to reports, United are in need of a world-class star; and with Angel Di Maria all but gone, a player like Bale would certainly fill the void and balance the squad. However, if Ed Woodward and the United’s financial forces are to have as much as a whisker of hope of signing Bale, they would have to effectively smash the world transfer record which was set when the Welshman took the trip from then Tottenham to Real Madrid.

Bale, has been quite impressive for Madrid since his move, despite being criticized in some quarters. He has scored some invaluable goals and made important assists at the club, he has also won the Champions league and Copa del Rey with the club, and looks to have established himself as a vital component of Madrids ‘BRB’ attacking triumvirate- consisting of Benzema, Ronaldo and himself Bale.

However, following brief spells of inconsistency, the player was heavily criticized and was even reportedly seeking a move away. Manchester United would surely be excited at this development, and would look to broker a deal as soon as possible, as his direct running, pace, skills and eye for goal would make him slot perfectly
into United’s game.
