DONE DEAL – Arsenal COMPLETES Transfer Of TALENTED 6ft 2 POWERFUL Defender

Arsenal youngster Isaac Hayden has completed a season-long loan to Championship side Hull City, according to the Guardian. The England Under-20 International was signed back in 2008 from Southend United and has since then spent his playing days in the reserve team.

Hayden has only made one senior appearance for the Gunners, which came in the League Cup win against West Bromwich Albion in September 2013.

The 20-year-old made the fringes of the first team squad last season but was hampered by a serious knee injury. He now needs to play regular football, and a year on loan at Hull City could be just the right move. According to the Guardian, Arsene Wenger believes that Hayden will benefit from a loan spell at Steve Bruce’s side in the Championship.

His versatility will be an asset to Hull as he can play in midfield and central defense, but given the number of options Wenger has in both defense and midfield, it’s unlikely that the 20-year-old will get playing time at the Emirate.

This will be his first loan move since he joined the Gunners and Wenger will hope Steve Bruce can provide him enough game time. Hayden was offered a new contract back in February 2014, which thus shows his worth to the London club.
