BID ACCEPTED, Liverpool To ANNOUNCE Signing Of Manchester United CB Target

Liverpool has had a bid ACCEPTED by Charlton Athletic for the signing of Jooe Gomez according to reports. Liverpool have been keen on signing the young defender and according to reports, an initial bid from the reds was rejected by Charlton.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester Citry have also been linked to the signing of the player after he impressed with Charlton last season.

Liverpool will be paying £3.5 million for the player which is his full release clause and according to reports, the players will undergo medicals today or tomorrow and will be officially announced as a Liverpool player by tomorrow.

Gomez, 18, is seen as the future Jamie Carragher due to his obvious talent.
