£250-000-A-Week Star Confirms He Could Sign Long Term Deal For United

Radamel Falcao has once again expressed his desire to see his loan deal at Manchester United converted into a permanent deal. The striker who scored his first United goal on Sunday in the 2-1 win over Everton, and also made a crucial clearance off the line in an effort by Phil Jagielka during the second half is on a season-long loan from Monaco.

In an interview with MUTV, he said ‘”Me and my family are happy here, and we would like to stay for many years at Manchester United”. This reveals the desire of the player to stay on at United which he first expressed during his unveiling by Manchester United after joining on loan.

He said, “Yes, I hope to stay many years in Manchester United and make history in this club. When I was in Porto and Atletico Madrid, I always wanted to improve and dreamt of playing in a team like this and now I want to stay here for many years”.

The off-field life of a player is very important to his productivity on the pitch. If a player is happy, it positively impacts on the player’s performance on the pitch of play. And if he is not happy, it also goes a long way to impact his performance on the pitch negatively which can’t be good for his team.

The player wishes to extend his stay with Manchester United because of his desire to play with a club which matches his vision to win laurels. To him their is no other club that is bigger than United. The atmosphere in the club and especially the thrills of the English Premier League will be an eye catcher for anyone.

Many players desire to play in this league and his resolve to stay is not isolated. If his family are happy to stay in Manchester then he will also be happy to stay. More importantly, the lure to play at a top club where he will be set before the eyes of all is something which every player craves. There is no better place to advertise yourself as a player other than the big stage.

Falcao enjoyed an exciting time with Atletico Madrid but a match which made him the toast of all is the Super Cup match between Athletico and Chelsea where he scored 3 goals. This big match served as a reminder of his immense skills as a natural goal poacher.

Playing in the Premier League and for Manchester United is a great improvement from playing in the French Ligue 1 and for Monaco. The atmosphere at the club is a very important factor towards player motivation. Playing with top players such as Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Juan Mata etc. Will always be a great source of motivation to improve.

To be managed by a top class manager like Louis van Gaal whose records and achievement stands him out among contemporaries will be an interesting aspect no player will want to miss because of the atmosphere of thriving which the manager will create.
