Chelsea have so far signed 5 players in the transfer window – Nathan, Falcao, Begovic, Pedro and Kenedy but the Blues are not done with the transfer window yet as there have been rumours linking the club to several players both coming in and going out.
According to reports, the Blues are set to complete another big transfer today but this time, it is an outgoing. According to reports, last winter signing Juan Cuadrado is on his way out of the club with Juventus the most likely destination.
Already, Juventus chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed they have reached an agreement to sign the Colombian on loan; “Cuadrado will arrive on loan. It could be made official as soon as tomorrow.”
Chelsea bought Cuadrado from Serie A side Fiorentina in a deal said to be for £27 million but he has failed to nail down a spot in Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea squad and with the arrival of Pedro, his playing chance can only become much more limited.
The player is said to have arrived Italy yesterday and will undergo a medical today and should he pass the said medical, he will be unveiled as Juventus’ latest signing.
