Done Deal? Pedro Confirms Bid Made, Set To Fly In For Chelsea Medical Today

Out-of-favour Barcelona and Spain forward, Pedro has recently confirmed speculations surrounding his future at the Camp Nou. The player allegedly confirmed that he had received a few offers from clubs interested in his services, but was yet to decide on his next move. Could the said offer by one form the blues? After they say there is usually no smoke without fire?

Following the arrivals of superstars Neymar and Luis Suarez, as well as Ivan Rakitic, the player has slid down the pecking order in recent times, and has been reduced to making only occasional substitute appearances for the club. Reports state that he is unhappy with the situation, and is seeking a move away, to satisfy his desire for regular playing time.

Current English champions Chelsea, Arsenal, as well as German side, Borrusia Dortmund and a couple of other top clubs in Europe have all indicated interest in the player’s services. However, despite the fact that Chelsea have not submitted a formal bid, reports state that the player is savouring a move to london to work under the Special One.

Following Barcelona’s valuation of the player, Chelsea would have to fork out up to €28 million to land his services. This fee some reports claim the blues are ready to pay with some reports going as far as saying the player will fly in to London today to hold medical with Chelsea after he ( Pedro ) was convinced by Cesc Fabregas to join the blues.
